If you are unable to log into your console, there are a couple of quick things you will want to confirm.

  1. URL you are logging into
  2. Username

Your ion console URL should look something like the below. If you are not able to log into your console, double check the URL in your address bar to make sure it includes your company’s name or abbreviation.

https://yourcompany.postclickmarketing.com/

After confirming you are logging into the correct console URL, you will also want to make sure you are using the correct username. 

If you are using the correct username and are attempting to log into the correct console URL, you can click the Forgot your password? link directly below the password field.

Then enter your username into the next screen to have an email sent to the email address associated with your user account.

That email will be send by [email protected] and include a link that you can click to reset your password.
