When working in the ion console, you can click the blue ? icon to open the Support Center. In the Support Center, you will find a multitude of interactive guides that will help you explore the page you are currently viewing in your ion console.

In this article, we will map out and describe all of the interactive guides that are available throughout your ion console.

Location: Dashboard

  • Dashboard Tour – The Dashboard is your console’s home page. In this guide, we’ll show you around your Dashboard to show you key metrics and also discuss how your console is organized.

  • Portfolio Management Tour – Learn about the screen where all of your portfolios are housed.

  • Campaign Management Tour – Learn about the screen where all of your campaigns are housed.
  • Download Respondent Data – Learn how to download a file containing all of the raw data collected within your campaign.
