Hello, Rockstar!
Ion micro themes have been updated, offering you more visibility of the available themes and less effort to apply them (fewer clicks and less hidden information). Check it out!
How does it look now?
The micro themes are now logically organized within Creative Studio. They are combined into similar categories, such as buttons, links, font size, and more, and presented side-by-side and no longer under a unique option.
Please, take a look at the new categories and significant changes:
- Buttons and Links used to be different categories, and now they are grouped under Buttons & Links.
- Alignment, Font, Font Size, and Text used to be different categories, and now they are under a unique one called Text.
- Font Size (SM – Responsive) micro theme’s panel no longer exists, and all its options are now inside the Responsive settings (SM) panel.
- Font Size (XS – Responsive) micro theme’s panel no longer exists, and all its options are now inside the Responsive settings (XS) panel.
- Choice Group was renamed to Group.
- For both Group and Choices micro themes’ panels, the option Layout inline is now being presented outside the drop-down since it can be applied combined with the ones listed on the drop-down.
- On Grid micro themes, both Nested layout grid and Gutterless columns options are being presented outside the drop-down since they can be applied combined with the ones listed on the drop-down.
- All options on Responsive settings (SM) and Responsive settings (XS) panels are categorized under different sub-panels such as Alignments, Background, Borders, Fixed Measurements, Margins & Paddings, and Display.
- On Styling micro themes, the option Circle/Oval is now being presented outside the drop-down since it can be applied combined with the ones listed on the drop-down.
- All options on Utilities micro themes are categorized under different sub-panels such as Print, IE8, and Scroll Awareness. Also, a few options are being presented outside the drop-down since they can be applied combined.
How does it work?
The path remains the same to apply a micro theme: you need to select an element and choose the micro theme on the menu like the one in the picture below.
We hope you enjoy it!
Sincerely,
