Getting Started: Filters and comparison tools
Main Filters
Use the following filters at the top of the dashboard to tailor your view:
- Portfolios, Campaigns, Creatives, URLs: Select which content or campaign to analyze.
- Date Range & Devices: Choose a specific date range or use presets. You can also filter by device type (desktop or mobile).
Compare Performance
- Click the Compare Performance button to view a side-by-side comparison of selected items.
- Note: When comparing different levels, only panels common to both will be displayed.
Update Button
- Each time you change a filter, click Update to refresh the data.
Download Options
- Full Dashboard PDF: Use the top download button to export all panels.
- Per Panel Export: Use the download icon next to each panel to export that section as a CSV or PNG.
Highlights Panel
This section summarizes key performance indicators:
- Unique Visitors: Total number of individual visitors.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of respondents who converted.
- Returning Visitors: Users who visited more than once.
- Bounce Rate: Users who left without converting.

- Conversion Peak: Day with the highest conversion rate.
- Bounce Peak: Day with the highest bounce rate.
- Traffic Chart: Hover for detailed traffic data by date.
- Traffic Map: Displays traffic share by country; click to see respondent count.
Tags Insights
Track how different tags perform:
- Most Engaged Tag: The tag with the highest engagement.
- Additional Metrics: Includes % of unique visitors per tag, first-click rate, last-click before conversion, and conversion rate.
Drop-off Calculator
Use this to measure user drop-off along a tag flow:
- Tag Flow: Choose up to 5 tags to visualize user drop-off.
- Average Drop-off: Average percentage of users who left at each step.
Page Summary
Get insights per page visited:
- Most Engaged Page: Most visited page.
- Least Engaged Page: Least visited.
- Includes data on visitor %, conversions, drop-offs, time spent, and associated medium.
Traffic Source Summary
Review traffic sources and performance:
- Most Efficient Source: Highest conversion rate.

Page Speed Report

- Shows page name, report date, and speed/score for desktop and mobile.

- Best Day of Engagement: Day with most visitors.

- Includes breakdown by day and time slots with visitor %.
