Data API allows our customers access to their audience’s global raw data, based on specified date ranges and delivers the requested data in a structured JSON format, ensuring easy integration with various applications. What data is accessible with the Ion Data API?

Geolocation

  • Respondent’s country location (with 99% accuracy)
  • Respondent’s city (with 70% accuracy BOSTON)
  • Respondent’s domain name (with 75% accuracy COMCAST.NET)
  • Respondent’s region/state (with 75% accuracy MASSACHUSETTS)

Portfolio, campaign and creative

  • Portfolio, Campaign, Creative  ID and Name to help aggregate data based on the level desired. 

Traffic source

  • Traffic SourceID
  • Traffic Source: The category selected when adding a traffic source, Email
  • Traffic Source Medium: The sub-category selected when adding a traffic source such as newsletter
  • Traffic Source URL: The URL the respondent clicked on to visit an Ion creative
  • TrafficSourceDescription: A description that can optionally be added when opening or editing a traffic source

Core engagement

  • Visitor’s first contact timestamp
  • Visitor’s last contact timestamp
  • If the Visitor converted and the converted timestamp
  • Tags Related Data with FirstEngagedTag, SecondEngagedTag, AllTagsClicked, TagsClickedCount, VisitCount
  • Declared Data provided on forms, quizzes, assessment, etc
